Machinery Enclosures…

Acoustafoam Limited manufacture machinery enclosures that prevent the radiation of noise, from a sound source to an outside space. They also prevent exterior sounds from penetrating interior spaces, resulting in a quieter workplace.

Our acoustic enclosures are designed to reduce sound, in the frequencies at which human hearing is most sensitive.

Some of our acoustic enclosures are designed to attenuate noise at frequencies that might interfere with critical measurements or high-precision manufacturing processes. Our advanced or specialised acoustic enclosures often incorporate vibration attenuation technology. Allowing for a consistent and accurate working environment.

Many applications need acoustic enclosures. For example, our products are often used for sound dampening with manufacturing equipment such as power generation devices, air conditioning systems, and refrigeration equipment.

Acoustafoam’s acoustic enclosures are also used for noise attenuation with compressors, blowers and fans. Some of our acoustic enclosures are portable and light-weight. Others are designed to be fixed in one place.

Typically, these permanent structures contain acoustic ceiling tiles, acoustic wall tiles, and acoustic foam. Personnel shelters, observation rooms, and control rooms are examples of larger structures.

We offer a full design, test and report service to customers with the objective of not slowing production.

What Our Clients Say

Some kind words from our respected clients

“Fantastic!”

My colleague recommended Acoustafoam to me for acoustic isolation of an atomic force microscope. Instead of buying an AFM enclosure from a specialized company, better make your own box of alu-rails, cardboard and foam from Acoustafoam. You will save a lot of money and gain flexibility.
