We manufacture Engine compartments, cab trims, floor mats, gaiters, moulded trim parts, head rests, arm rests, steering wheels, door seals, gaskets, roof liners, mat protectors, acoustic foams and fibre filled noise control products. These are just a few of our product ranges we supply to the construction sector equipment industry.

Our moulded products are made from polyurethane supplied by BASF to our formulated specifications. Rigid and flexible foams, integral skin, foams (self-skin), solid elastomers filled and unfilled to a range of densities and hardnesses.

Our latest machines have the options to offer dual coloured products such as headrests with two hardness. One for the outer design and a softer material for the head restraint.

We have the ability to turn round samples within 24 hours if no tooling requirement. Materials used within the construction equipment manufacturer: off road- Polyurethanes, rubbers, foams open cell and closed cell, fibres, plastics, and fabrics.

All can be produced by CNC cutting, sewing, bonding or moulding.
